Uplift and share the stories of Political Prisoners in the Philippines: As of Nov 2021, there are 712 political prisoners detained in the Philippines. Nobody should be imprisoned for their political beliefs!

Call your legislators and urge them to sponsor the Philippine Human Rights Act (PHRA) and end the use of our US tax dollars going towards human rights violations in the Philippines by the Philippine military and police.

  The Philippines continues to be the one of the deadliest countries in the world for land defenders, journalists, trade unionists, and activists. The number of killings under the current Duterte administration, infamous for its deadly war on drugs, has risen to over 30,000. However, since 2016, the U.S. has provided over $550 million dollars in military aid to Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte and implemented paltry human rights restrictions and oversight.
